Shipping & Processing Disclosure

Orders are processed within 48 hours when received on a weekday. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, but the following timelines are typical estimates:

Off-Peak Shipping Estimates

• USA: 1–2 weeks
• International: 4–5 weeks
  

Holiday Season Notice:
Due to high seasonal volume, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for any orders placed after December 10.

Shipping Responsibility & Undeliverable Packages Disclosure

Once an order has been dispatched to the postal carrier, it is outside of our control. We rely on the carrier to deliver your package to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or insufficient addresses.

If the carrier is unable to deliver due to an insufficient address or if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the package may be returned to the carrier’s
warehouse. When this occurs, we will send a notification email that includes:

• A request to confirm or correct the shipping address
• A deadline for your reply
• A required minimum redelivery surcharge of $5

Important Conditions
To avoid package destruction by the carrier or loss of product, please respond promptly.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or refusal of refund in the following cases:

• If the buyer does not respond by the stated deadline
• If the buyer does not pay the minimum $5 redelivery fee on time
• If the buyer refuses delivery for any reason and requests a refund

Because our products are customized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except as outlined in our “Return Policy” and refunds cannot be issued for undeliverable or refused packages.

**International orders: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply
with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the
United States, United Kingdom, or EU countries may be subject to import taxes,
customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an
international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and
fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional
charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Evel Knievel has
no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
